On Site Assessment Training (OSAT)

The construction industry is developing a fully trained, fully qualified workforce.
A workforce with the necessary skills and qualifications delivers higher quality, more cost-efficient work.

The improved and increased awareness of health and safety, earlier completion dates, a right first time culture and reduced accidents statistics

Roofing benefit too. Being trained to nationally recognised standard such as an NVQ qualification shows employers they have the necessary skills to do the job, and, combined with an up to date health and safety test working at height, they can obtain a Construction Skills Certificate Scheme CSCS card.

More and more roofing companies and  clients are require that roofing operatives prove their competence with card scheme membership.

You may already have a highly experienced and skilled workforce who can get the job done, but often, these workers don't have the any prove of qualifications. To get the experianced worker CSCS card they will need to obtain a Level 2 National Vocational Qualification one route to this is by on site accessment (see also EWPAR)
